Mondays 6:30-8 PM — Evie
Wednesdays 6:30-8 PM — César
Classes are all levels, 16+ years old. Mat fees are accepted on a donation basis. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Classes are held on a private, covered, outdoor patio on Grand Ave, Oakland, near Lake Merrit. If you’d like to learn more, please fill out the form below and we’ll reach out.
As part of our Culture of Care, we are taking the following precautions at this time:
Class is held outdoors, weather permitting, or cancelled in the event of wet or smoky conditions
All participants are required to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations. See this page from the CDC for more information about what that means
Given the degree of close contact during training, please be prepared to wear a mask, kn95 or better. If you forget yours, we can provide one. Masking will be implemented on a class-by-class basis, based upon an anonymous survey sent to participants before each class to determine individual comfort levels. If one response indicates a preference that we mask, we will mask. Community care is paramount.
